This is verse no. 3 by Biruapada: “Eka se Shundini dui ghare Sandha-a \ Chiana bakala-a baruni bandha\ Sahaje thir kari baruni sandha \ je ajarama hoi didha kandha…” — one way of interpretation, you may say. True, never heard of raga Gabara. Bangladesh researchers associated this Raga with the 3rd verse. 2nd verse by Kukkuripa (Duli duhi pitha dharana na jai\ rukhera tantali kumhire khai) is also sung in this raga. Do we call this raga Gouda here?

Checked. This is called Goudā indeed. The manuscript says Gabadā, etymological ancestor. We have a Raga Goudā even now in Odissi music. Still popular. Also the same for Kukkuripa’s one.
